  • Danish Modern Teak Three-Legged Dining Table, 1960s

A rare and elegant round dining table in richly figured teak, made in Denmark during the 1960s.

The design bears a close resemblance to Niels Otto Møller’s celebrated Model 15 dining table, with its softly rounded apron and finely tapering legs.

Uncommon in its construction, the table rests on three finely tapering legs, giving it a strikingly light, sculptural presence while maintaining excellent stability.

Compact yet sophisticated, this design offers an ideal dining solution for smaller spaces while retaining a bold architectural character, making it an ideal centrepiece for smaller dining spaces. Its understated lines, warm teak tones, and distinctive construction embody the timeless character of Danish Modern design.

A highly collectible piece that brings both rarity and sophistication to contemporary and vintage interiors alike.

    Dimensions: 128cm Diameter x 72cm High

    Condition Report:

The table presents in good vintage condition, it has been gently restored and refinished to preserve the heritage. As expected with vintage pieces, there is a degree of age-related patina.

As with many quality Mid-Century pieces, this design thoughtfully pairs solid wood construction with a premium wood veneer—an approach widely used at the time to highlight beautiful grain patterns while ensuring lasting stability.
