Deeply carved vertical relief runs across the double cabinet front, catching the light in rhythmic ridges — surface detail that photographs well but rewards the eye far more in person. Long sculpted bar handles span each of the four drawer fronts. Raised on solid sled legs, the silhouette balances visual weight against real restraint: nothing decorative that isn't structural, nothing structural that isn't considered.

The piece is made primarily from solid wood and is finished in kiaat on all sides, it was built to stand freely in a room rather than against a wall.

The top drawer is fully lined in green baize with fitted cutlery divisions; the double-door cupboard reveals a sycamore-lined interior with an adjustable shelf.

Elegant, tactile, and undeniably sculptural—this sideboard is a standout example of 1960s design at its finest.
