  • The thoughtfully arranged configuration includes two sliding doors opening onto shelved storage (one with a small internal slide-out drawer) and a drop-front central door that reveals a drinks compartment. Sculpted geometric teak handles and solid teak legs highlight the high level of craftsmanship. The interior offers generous and practical storage with an adjustable shelf.

Executed in richly grained teak and defined by clean, minimal lines, this piece captures the essence of Scandinavian modernism. The attention to detail extends to the rear, which is finished in the same beautifully grained teak — a feature seldom seen in mass-produced items.

Versatile in application, this sideboard will complement a wide range of contemporary and modernist interiors.

    Condition:

This elegant sideboard remains in fair vintage condition, displaying signs of use consistent with its age. We have taken great care to clean and refurbish this piece to the best of our ability, always with respect for its original character and heritage. Areas of veneer loss and lifting along the panel edges have been professionally repaired; while the repairs may still remain slightly visible, they do not compromise the piece’s structural integrity. A lift in the veneer is present in certain places including the top, consistent with its vintage age, but this does not detract from its overall character and appeal. Please refer to the accompanying photographs for clarity, with additional images available upon request. It also appears that the legs may have been shortened by approximately 12 cm when compared to similar models.

The pricing has been thoughtfully adjusted to reflect this.

As with many quality Mid-Century pieces, this design thoughtfully pairs solid wood construction with a premium wood veneer—an approach widely used at the time to highlight beautiful grain patterns while ensuring lasting stability.

We try to capture the condition of our items in our photographs as best as possible. Prior to dispatch all items are carefully cleaned and re-coated with danish oil to ensure your item is looking its best when delivered.
