Pair of Vintage Danish inspired Sculptural Side Tables, 1950s–60s
A refined and unusual resolved set of two mid-century nesting tables in solid and veneered Mahogany, in the manner of Erling Torvits or Kai Kristiansen, Denmark 1960’s. Each table is supported by elegantly shaped V-shaped sculptural feet and finely joined by a low stretcher, giving the design both lightness and structural poise. The tops feature softly radiused edges and a luminous Mahogany grain, showcasing the Scandinavian influence and natural material beauty. Designed for versatility, the smaller table slides neatly beneath the larger, offering flexible use as occasional, side, lamp tables, accent pieces, or an asymmetric nesting arrangement.
Their sculptural bases allow them to stand beautifully from every angle, making them equally suited to a living room setting, reading corner, or curated design interior.
