Original Vintage Danish Modern Teak Two-Drawer Pedestal/Nightstand/Bedside table

Original Vintage Danish Mid-century Modern Teak Two-Drawer Pedestal/Nightstand/Bedside Table - Produced in Denmark in the 1960s.

This piece showcases a sleek rectangular top with gracefully shaped side panels, sitting above two drawers adorned with elegant curling handles. It stands on four tapering cylindrical legs for a touch of mid-century charm. Unfortunately, this nightstand was single when we met it, so feel free to utilize it not only as a nightstand but also as a versatile piece in your hallway or seating area.

Dimensions: 56cm high, 41cm wide, 32cm deep

Condition: This piece is remarkably well-preserved considering its age, exhibiting only subtle signs of wear — please refer to the photos for a closer look. The condition is good with a few light marks but nothing untoward. It has undergone a careful restoration and refinishing process using high-quality materials, where needed. Some minor markings on the edges are visible, although hardly noticeable.

Like many Mid-Century pieces, it harmoniously combines sturdy solid wood with a top-grade wood veneer.

We try to capture the condition of our items in our photographs as best as possible. Prior to dispatch all items are carefully cleaned and re-coated with danish oil to ensure your item is looking its best when delivered.
