  • Rare Mid-Century 'Rhona' sideboard in Rosewood and Teak by Frystark (SA). Part of their 'Status' Danish-inspired range, 1960’s. A highly sought-after sideboard. Frystark furniture is renowned for its beautiful shape and high-quality manufacturing.

     

    “Status Range sideboards may be used as room dividers, they look as good from the back as they do from the front” - Frystark Status Range Catalogue.

     

    It has two doors - shelved, that closes with a magnet mechanism, a drop-down drinks cabinet (no key) and four drawers. The top drawer is felt-lined with compartments for cutlery.  It has a beautiful wood grain/book-matched veneer with sculpted recessed drawer pulls.  

     

    It is in very good vintage condition, light wear consistent with age and use, it has been meticulously cleaned and polished.
